      Do I need to consume Vitamin C in order to absorb the iron
      efficiently?

      Burdock Root, Dandelion Root, Kalawalla, and Guaco all provide sufficient amounts
      of Vitamin C. Per 100 g of root, you can get anywhere from 3-5% of daily Vitamin
      C from these plants. This is why it assimilates in the body rather easily
      with no bloating, constipation, stagnation, etc., compared to over-the-counter
      iron supplements. 

      When is the best time to consume this blend?

      You can consume the herbs any time of day. We recommend first thing in the AM to help give your system a boost. We recommend before a meal to support your liver and spleen in assimilating the food.

      Can I consume this any other way?

      Absolutely! You can grind down the herbs to a powder and pack it into
      capsules, add the powder to your smoothies or add your already-made tea to
