FAQ

What if one of my items is out of stock?
If you purchased multiple items, we prioritize shipping—so you can receive some of your herbs first without having to wait for your entire order! Once your herbs are back in stock, they will be shipped immediately, free of charge, and you will receive a confirmation email. If out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances, low production, or customs delays, it can take up to 14 business days for each item to be restocked and shipped to you. If the product is sourced from Africa or the Amazon, it may take longer, and we will communicate with you throughout the sourcing process.
Sourced from nature, sometimes we can deliver on time. We appreciate your patience and respect for Mother Earth.
Where do your herbs come from?
Our organic herbs are sourced from small, traditional growers and harvesters in Peru, Brazil, Mexico, Honduras, and Oregon.
Can I drink multiple blends at the same time?
Yes, all blends can be consumed at the same time. However, we recommend drinking each tea individually for seven consecutive days before combining or drinking them together on the same day. This allows you to understand the benefits of each blend and adjust as needed.
Be sure to prepare the roots and leaves/flowers separately, as they require two different preparation times, as indicated on the packaging!
How do I brew the tea?
Basic preparation guidelines:
Leaves + flowers → Steep in hot water
Roots → Simmer or steep in hot water
Bark → Boil to extract the potent compounds from the tough outer layer.
You can place the herbs in a tea strainer or let them float freely in the water; both methods are fine. 💡Helpful Tip: All brewing instructions are listed on your product packaging and online product page. ⚠️Why not microwave? We do not recommend using a microwave to heat water or tea. Why? Because it: - Reduces the benefits of the herbs - Changes the energy of the water - Emits radiation that isn't meant for your cup. For the full experience, stick to a kettle or pot; your body and herbs will thank you.
