How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders may take 3-5 business days to ship. We manufacture and ship from our own factory, so shipping may take longer than you're used to. I know this can be a bit annoying, but we're working hard to ship as quickly as Amazon. 😄
If shipping takes longer than 5 days, pre-ordered items will be shipped separately from in-stock items.
All tracking numbers will be automatically sent to your email after shipping. Please check your spam folder to avoid any emails getting lost there, and let your email address know they can trust us. 😊 We do not ship on holidays.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Once shipped, it should take approximately 2-4 business days to arrive, depending on the shipping method you selected during checkout. Shipping options include USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Standard Ground. We recommend UPS because it's more reliable and faster than USPS. We also offer USPS because many customers prefer this cost-effective option.
How do I track my package?

To ensure you get the best price, shipping costs are calculated based on weight and location. Please enter your information during checkout to see the exact price.
I want to cancel my order. How do I do this?

I accidentally entered the wrong address, and my order has now been received by the post office. What should I do next?
Once your order is shipped, please email us and we'll help you resolve it! We can reschedule your order to a new address for a fee, which will be between $5 and $20, depending on the courier.
My package was damaged. What should I do?

International Orders and Customs
Customs regulations, weather conditions, and other factors may affect shipments to international addresses. These impacts are governed by UPS and USPS, not Upful Blends.
USPS postal website tracking will cease once the package leaves the United States for your country. Please provide your country's post office or customs office with your tracking information for more assistance locating your product. You can also call the International Inquiry Center at 800-222-1811 to obtain tracking information.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS. We have found DHL to be the most reliable and fastest courier service, although it is slightly more expensive. We will provide you with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items; you must file a claim before receiving a replacement.
Customs: Because customs fees vary from country to country, we cannot guarantee whether customs fees will be added to your order for your country. If customs duties are required upon pickup, they are the customer's responsibility. If a package is refused and returned to us by the courier due to the customer's refusal to pay their country's customs duties, we will refund the customer after the shipment is returned to our fulfillment center and a 20% restocking fee is deducted from the order total. APO/FPO Addresses: Although APO/FPO addresses are located within the United States, shipping may be delayed due to their remote location. These addresses may require 3-15 shipping days, but typically deliver faster.
