We ship very quickly! If you wish to cancel your order, you must send a cancellation notice to Support@lkkyfmv.top by 3:00 PM (ET) on the day of your order.
We will notify you 5 business days before your Lkkyfmv Ship (regular order) package is shipped. You can reschedule your order through your online account, email, or online chat by 3:00 PM (ET) on the day tracking information is sent.
Lkkyfmv guarantees delivery of products to the address you provided at the time of purchase. Lkkyfmv or the delivery service is not responsible and will not be required to issue a replacement or refund if you fail to provide a correct address.
If your package is not delivered, you must first file a claim with the carrier to receive a replacement. Depending on the circumstances of the lost or stolen package, we may provide a replacement package or store credit.
If your package arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please notify us by email or online chat within 3 business days of receipt and provide valid evidence such as photos/videos. Evidence must show that the product or packaging is damaged or incomplete. We will refund or exchange your product.
Since we already cover shipping costs, we are not responsible for refunds related to shipping costs. Please be aware of import restrictions in your country.
If you request a refund because the product is no longer needed after delivery, customs duties have not been paid, the product was refused by a country that does not allow the import of herbal teas, or you or the delivery company refused the product, you may receive a store credit. Store credits may be issued immediately, pending approval, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned items must be returned in their original packaging and in new or unused condition.
Items eligible for store credit must be unused, unopened, and purchased within the past 30 days. This includes shipping and transportation time.
Items not eligible for refunds include, but are not limited to, items purchased at a discount or on sale, gift cards, and personal care products.
Once your item is returned to our warehouse and inspected by our team, we will provide a replacement or store credit, depending on the condition of the returned item.
Lkkyfmv does not promise or guarantee any specific results from using our natural herbs. We understand that everyone's experience is different, so we ask that you return any unused herbs for a partial refund. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, as these are consumable products that we cannot resell for safety reasons. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to return the product to our warehouse at 16515 Leffingwell Rd, Whittier, CA 90603. Both original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
